This mountain location is one of my absolute favorites, and it was delightful to share it with this sweet family visiting Denali from out of state!
Kristina contacted me via email to tell me that her family, who was visiting from another state, would be in Denali. She inquired about the possibility of scheduling a session during their visit. I'm so grateful I was able to say YES! It was a delight to get to meet this sweet and spunky family.
We headed to one of my VERY favorite mountain locations for family photos. The entrance to this spot is a little precarious, and this family was traveling in a big van so I was a little nervous that they would get stuck. They joked and said, "if we do, there's 11 of us to push it out!" Thankfully we did NOT get stuck and were on our way!
We hit it off right away and this family is simply the best. I felt like I could fit right in with this crew! They remind me of my extended family, laughing and joking and just loving being together. Their extended family session included grandma, two of her kids and each of their families. They all traveled to Denali together from Vermont!!! Even the kids got to have a chance taking a few photos and were very into the whole experience. And their outfits were PERFECT - I was so impressed!
This was such a gift for me to get to be a part of their time in Alaska and to capture these memories for them. Onto the photos, of which there are many! It was my joy to meet you, fam!
