Today, I'm thrilled to share some beautiful images from Carl & Devin's Alaskan maternity session!!
My husband's cousin Carl and his wife Devin came to visit for a week in July, and while they were here I knew it would be the most fun to take some maternity photos! They are expecting a perfect little Christmas bundle and we are so stinking excited for them.
We kicked off our session in two of my favorite fireweed fields here in Healy - and boy, the sun was shining so bright it had me considering sunglasses for the fireweed! Carl and Devin staff the Campus Christian Fellowship at their home church in Washington. One of their students made this adorable little onesie for them, and I guarantee that during second semester this school year, Baby Borg will be loved by so many of their students!
The wind was howling but that didn't stop us from next adventuring out to one of my favorite mountain locations - maybe my all time favorite location!! This spot is such a great spot to take my out-of-town family because the views are just stunning all the way around!!! We had to snap those photos in a hurry because the wind was playing a game of "let's mess up Devin's hair!" Those cozy poses? Just strategic moves to protect Devin's face from becoming a wind-blown masterpiece!
Carl & Devin, as you step into this new season of life, know that you have a community of well-wishers cheering you on every step of the way!!
