Addison, Class of 2025

Addison was a great sport and we had a lovely hike for his senior photos in Denali National Park to the suspension bridge!

Addison and I met at the Denali National Park visitor's center and set out together on a hike to the suspension bridge on one of their trails. To visit this spot, you'll need to head out from the visitor's center to the Triple Lakes Trail. You won't go too far on that hike though, as this suspension bridge is along Riley Creek about a mile from the trailhead.

The fall colors in Denali were at a peak!! There were stunning views all around us, and we took photos the entire time we hiked. Our trail gave us the opportunity for photos along Riley Creek, among the birch trees, among the spruce, on leaf covered trails and more.

It was delightful to visit with Addison and learn more about his senior year and hopes for college afterwards. Addison loves math (me too!) and I confessed to him that when I was in middle school, I had a "I HEART MATH" shirt, but the heart was a calculator shaped like a heart. Ha! It was so lovely getting to know him better.

On our hike, we met several kind travelers and I even stopped twice to take a photo of their crews. I love seeing people so happy to be in Alaska!
